Accountabilities

• Develop, optimize, and maintain end-to-end data pipelines to support data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams and internal stakeholders to ensure data models meet evolving product and business needs.
• Design automated reporting solutions using BI tools such as Looker and Tableau to track key business metrics.
• Analyze large-scale datasets to identify opportunities to improve sales, inventory management, and yield strategies.
• Maintain data quality and accuracy to ensure reliable reporting.
• Create data literacy documentation and training materials to empower self-service reporting.
• Translate complex analyses into clear, actionable insights for business and technical teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2-5 years of experience using data analytics to drive business outcomes.
• Strong SQL skills and proficiency with scripting languages such as Python or R.
• Experience with BI and data visualization tools, including Looker and Tableau.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to synthesize complex data into clear narratives for strategic discussions.
• Experience in advertising technology is a plus.
