Position Purpose

Assist bartenders with cleaning of all bar surfaces and stocking of supplies.

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Assist bartenders with keeping the bars stocked.
  • Keep supplies/stock under all cabinets well supplied and clean at all times.
  • Keep all counter tops and cupboards wiped clean at all times.
  • Keep floors mopped and cleaned around stations; also mop floor in beer cooler.
  • Keep all floor drains cleaned out daily.
  • Change garbage bags in all stations; dump garbage and empty boxes often.
  • Retrieve all clean glasses used in the Brewery from both kitchens.
  • Follow instructions given by the bartender on duty.
  • Maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the Bartender and/or Director of Restaurant & Brewery Operations.
  • Recording and reporting any suspicious activity as defined by the Bank Secrecy Act (Title 31) and Feather falls Casino Internal control policy Suspicious Activity Compliance Program.

Education and/or Experience

Education Level – High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.

Experience – None required.

Language Skills

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and other employees.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
