Leidos' Defense Systems, Aerospace Systems is seeking a Computer Engineer to join our team in Crane, Indiana. This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience helping the newly award Information Analysis Center Multiple Award Contract (IAC MAC) Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation (RDT&E) of Infrared/Radio Frequency (IR/RF) Systems Technologies for Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Advanced Expendable Infrared Countermeasures (AEIRCM) Program Office (PMA-272) and Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division (NSWC Crane) Spectrum Warfare Systems Department (WX).

Primary Responsibilities
  • Will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a projects' execution. This entails focus to detail on specific project deliverables and first level stakeholder needs and expectations.
  • Responsible for ensuring project milestones are meet through ongoing communication with all stakeholders and maintaining a project based schedule.
  • Will be responsible for developing Rough Order of Magnitudes (ROM)s per project received with the assistance of team members.
  • Develop CARTS-RSIMS V3.0 Release
  • Finalize GUI tools
  • Develop source codes
  • Develop and write documentation
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
  • Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience with Core Asymmetric Real-time Threading Structure (CARTS) and Reconfigurable Signal Injection Missile Simulation (RSIMS) CARTS-RSIMS software
  • Background of Hardware in the Loop (HITL) simulators
  • US Citizenship is required with eligibility to obtain and maintain secret security clearance

Pay Range:
Pay Range $85,150.00 - $153,925.00
