Dynamics NAV/BC Solutions Specialist
We're seeking a proactive ERP professional to lead the administration, support, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics NAV, with a key focus on an upcoming upgrade to Dynamics 365 Business Central. This role is central to ensuring system reliability, performance, and seamless integration across departments, enabling efficient operations and accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities

* Administer and maintain Dynamics NAV and prepare for the transition to Business Central.
* Lead the upcoming NAV to BC upgrade, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
* Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls.
* Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
* Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and other teams to enhance system use.
* Develop workflows, reports, dashboards, and data queries.
* Document system configurations and procedures.
* Provide end-user training and support.
* Recommend system improvements and stay current on platform updates.

Qualifications

* 5+ years of experience with Dynamics NAV or D365 Business Central.

* Proficiency in ERP architecture, SQL, reporting tools, and APIs.
* Experience with system integrations and third-party applications.
* Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Work Setup & Compensation

* Hybrid role: On-site with 2 remote days/week.
* Salary range: $140,000 - $160,000 annually.
* Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, 401(k) with match, bonus program, PTO, and paid holidays.
