ROLE SUMMARY: As an Editorial Production Assistant at BJU Press, the ideal candidate will play a supporting role on the Editorial team by embracing the mission of producing K¬–12 educational materials with a biblical worldview for Christian schools and homeschools. You assist the editors by reading PDF page proofs of BJU Press products and marking errors and inconsistencies for the editors to review. Your work increases the value of the products by ensuring their conformity to BJU Press style and departmental guidelines and lowers production costs through efficiency and attentiveness. You may be asked to assist with other editorial tasks as needed. After successful onboarding, a regular part-time employee in this position may apply for a hybrid work schedule.

An applicant for a position in the Bob Jones University group — Bob Jones University, Bob Jones Academy or BJU Press — must be a born-again Christian who has a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
