We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Events and Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the planning and execution of a variety of events, ranging from corporate gatherings to community outreach programs.

Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and coordination of events from start to finish
Support the sales team in preparing proposals and presentations
Communicate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary services and materials
Manage event registration and oversee attendee communications
Help create marketing materials to promote upcoming events
Conduct research to identify potential clients and event opportunities
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms
A passion for events, sales, and customer service
