Job Description
Nexmos Design is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support the execution of marketing strategies and campaigns. You will collaborate closely with our marketing and design teams to coordinate projects, track campaign performance, manage communications, and help maintain our brand’s voice across all touchpoints. Responsibilities
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives
Coordinate promotional activities and events
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts
Support the creation of marketing materials and internal presentations
Maintain and organize marketing files, assets, and schedules
Collaborate with the creative team to ensure brand consistency
Provide administrative support to the Marketing Manager and team
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
1+ years of experience in a marketing or administrative support role
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with marketing tools or CRM systems is a plus
