The Marketing Assistant will support the organization by driving business development, executing marketing strategies, and managing nonprofit initiatives. This role focuses on enhancing the companys online presence, promoting events, and fostering client and partner relationships to ensure the success of both the company and its nonprofit organization.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile individual with 0-2 years of experience in sales and marketing, including data management, to join our team as a Marketing Assistant. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the company's business development, marketing efforts, and nonprofit initiatives. This role also involves leveraging marketing tools to enhance the companys online presence and ensure impactful communication of our value proposition.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and pursue potential partners and projects to create business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain client relationships while identifying new marketing opportunities.
  • Manage the company's online presence and implement innovative marketing strategies.
  • Create presentations, videos, and multimedia content to highlight the companys value.
  • Organize business development and marketing efforts.
  • Represent the company at virtual events and promote its value proposition.
  • Plan and execute content, social media campaigns, lead generation, and public relations.
  • Promote and coordinate nonprofit campaigns, events, and community initiatives.
  • Support nonprofit fundraising and sponsorship outreach.
  • Act as a liaison between committees, members, and community partners.
  • Provide updates on nonprofit promotional efforts and their impact.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and software applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant platforms. Experience with marketing-specific tools such as Infusionsoft, Asana, HubSpot, Canva, or similar applications is highly desirable.
  • Advanced understanding of online platforms, including but not limited to social media, for brand-building and client engagement.
  • Ability to conceptualize and create impactful presentations, videos, and other multimedia content.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Google+, YouTube, and Twitter, with a clear understanding of their strategic business impact.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to virtual and in-person interactions.
  • Motivation to learn and grow within the realm of business-to-business marketing and nonprofit promotion.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, quality, and accuracy.
  • Excellent follow-through skills and reliability in task completion.
  • Passion for supporting nonprofit initiatives and creating positive community impact.
