About The Role We’re hiring a
Recruiter to help build our GTM and Engineering teams. This isn’t just about filling roles—it’s about shaping the future of our company. You’ll be writing the playbook, finding incredible talent, and building the foundation of our team from the ground up.
You’ll craft job descriptions that pop, create buzz at the top of the funnel, define who we go after, and lead the very first conversations with future teammates. If you’re excited to roll up your sleeves, move fast, and bring in game-changing talent, come build with us.
What You’ll Do - Be a connector: build and nurture networks in our industry to spot and engage incredible talent.
- Own the candidate journey end-to-end—screen resumes, run first conversations, prep candidates, and guide them all the way through to offer and onboarding.
- Partner directly with our founders and hiring managers to deeply understand Hatch’s hiring needs today and in the future.
- Drive the full recruiting cycle: JD calibration, sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, offers, and onboarding.
- Get creative—source through niche platforms, referrals, events, and out-of-the-box methods to keep the pipeline strong.
- Keep our ATS (Ashby) sharp, accurate, and ready for scale Share insights and feedback to shape our hiring activity, policies, and compliance.
- Help us level up—bring fresh ideas, experiment, and actively shape best practices within the recruiting team.
What We’re Looking For - 4+ years Hands-on experience with Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruiting tools.
- A track record of proactively finding and attracting top candidates—you love the hunt.
- A results-driven mindset with strong critical thinking, creativity, and flexibility when things get messy (they will, it’s a startup!).
- Excellent time and task management—you can juggle priorities, move quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
