Job Overview
As an HVAC Sales Representative, you will develop and maintain long-term relationships with distributor, contractors, and wholesale buyers. You'll represent our full line of HVAC products and work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. This position is ideal for a professional who understands HVAC systems and enjoys achieving measurable sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and expend relationships with HVAC distributor and contactors
* Promote and sell Dakota Sourcing's HVAC and plumbing product lines
* Manage accounts, build and maintain strong customer relationships, and develop strategic sales plans
* Generate new business through outbound calls, emails, and on-site visits
* Track leads, maintain CRM updates, and submit weekly sales reports
* Stay informed about market trends, key industry players, and emerging product innovations
Qualifications
* 2+ years of HVAC industry or B2B sales experience preferred
* Strong understanding of HVAC components and wholesale market operations
* Excellent communication, organization, and negotiation skills
* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
* Self-motivated, results- oriented, and able to work independently
