What We're Looking For
As a Store Manager at Showcase, you’ll bring your entrepreneurial spirit to life. You are a natural leader with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a winning team. Reporting to your District Manager, you’ll drive top-line sales, deliver exceptional customer service, and bring our brand to life in every interaction.
What You’ll Be Doing
Recruit, train, and retain top talent to build a high-performing team
Lead with passion and energy while delivering expert product knowledge
Create a fun, interactive atmosphere—complete with live in-store demos
Coach your team to meet or exceed sales goals and key performance metrics
Maintain high operational standards across all areas of the store
Deliver exceptional customer experiences through personalized service
What You’ll Need to Succeed
2+ years of retail management experience
A strong customer-first mindset and engaging communication style
Proven ability to inspire and develop top performers
Strong time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Experience with live product demonstrations is a bonus
And most importantly—a passion for FUN!
