About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Territory Recruiter to join our team at The Affinities Group in Tulsa, OK. As a Territory Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top insurance agency talent to join our company and help us achieve our goals.
Responsibilities:
Identify and engage potential insurance agencies through various sourcing methods
Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs
Manage the full recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding
Utilize recruiting tools and platforms to attract and connect with candidates
Requirements:
2+ years of recruiting and/or insurance experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Knowledge of recruiting best practices and techniques
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
