Minimum 2 years of verifiable OTR experience across multiple states
Ability to stay on the road at least 2 weeks at a time (with up to 3 days home time)
Clean driving record and eligibility to work as an independent contractor

Weekly Fixed Lease Payment: $2,200/week (covers truck, trailer, insurance, maintenance, factoring, ELD, and support)
Lease-to-Buy Escrow Deposit: $250/week for 10 weeks ($2,500 total, refundable per policy)
Truck Ownership Details:
Trucks priced $170,000–$200,000
Ownership completed in ~150 weeks (example: $180,000 ÷ $1,200 = 150 weeks)
Final price confirmed after approval and assignment
OTR – all 48 states, no forced dispatch
Average gross: $7,000 – $10,000/week
3,000+ miles/week average
Fuel card with discounts (fuel cost deducted weekly)
Weekly direct deposit (Form 1099 – Independent Contractor)
