What You'll Be Doing:

• Providing caring, hands-on support to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities.
• Assisting with daily living activities like meal preparation, medication reminders, hygiene, and personal care.
• Encouraging participation in community activities, recreation, and personal interests.
• Supporting individuals in achieving their personal goals and fostering independence.
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and supportive home environment.

What We're Looking For:

• A positive, compassionate attitude and a heart for helping others.
• No prior experience necessary — we provide paid training!
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to pass a background check or qualify for a Good Cause Waiver.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong commitment to reliability and attendance.
